About The Event

Join us for a virtual forest bathing program with Phyllis Look, Hawaii's first forest therapy guide. This program is FREE for JASH Members thanks to our sponsor, Blue Zones Project.

In Japan, forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku is widely practiced. Shinrin in Japanese means "forest," and yoku means "bath." Shinrin-yoku means bathing in the forest atmosphere, or taking in the forest through our senses.
