The Japan-America Society of Hawaii (JASH) and Japan’s Soshi Educational Group (SEG) partnered on an Educational and Cultural Exchange program introducing Hawaii’s high school students to educational opportunities in Japan after completing high school.

The inaugural program included an all-expense-paid six-day trip to Hokkaido, where students engaged in cultural exchanges with local high school students at the Clark Memorial International High School, Kita-no-Daichi Genki-no-Izumi Campus; explored Hokkaido’s capital city of Sapporo, and had  chance to experience snowboarding.
