JAPAN
DAY
JASH Japan Day is held twice a year and offers middle and high school students from both public and private schools a unique opportunity to experience Japanese culture firsthand. Designed for students studying Japanese, the program features a variety of engaging, hands-on activities such as ikebana (flower arranging), calligraphy, soroban (abacus), bon dance, tea ceremony, yukata wearing, karate, and more. These cultural experiences reinforce classroom learning and deepen students’ appreciation and understanding of Japanese traditions. Japan Day is also open to students not currently enrolled in Japanese language classes. If your school is interested in participating, please contact us!
